As part of our commitment to our customer, SkinSolutionStore offers a fair return policy. You may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase provided the items are unopened and are still in their original packaging. However, a prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted and will be forfeited since we will be unable to process the same due to missing Pre-Authorization. We do not get privileges from our suppliers and manufacturers to return used or open items. Please ensure that you consult a dermatologist or a skin care specialist before ordering the product, especially since we will be unable to accept a return in case the product does not suit your specific skin type.
If returning an item(s), please ensure that is it sent back to us in its original packaging. Also, please ensure to send the package via a mail service that allows you to track the package. We will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced packages.
Unless an incorrect item is shipped by our shipping department, we will not be responsible for the shipping charges. In event that the customer mistakably ordered a product, or simply wishes to return as they may no longer need the product, the refund will be granted LESS the shipping and handling charges.
To receive authorization for a return, please contact Customer Service by sending an email to email@example.com. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for our Returns department to process the transaction and generate a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Based on the location of the item and the product itself, SkinSolutionStore.com will advise the shipping address where we accept the returns.
